What about offensive preaching and mentally abusing children with imaginary terror places like hell?

Why human legal systems to give base to imaginary fables and declare them as moral pillars of societies ?

Don't they understand what morality is ? Do humans have to get it ready made for them ? Are they so lazy to think for themselves outside any artificial limits ?
