Ο ρόλος της μουσικής στην εκπαίδευση του ανθρώπου

Ενώ η μελέτη της μουσικής διευρύνει τις συνδυαστικές ικανότητες και το συγχρονισμό παρατήρησης και ελέγχου των αισθήσεων του εγκεφάλου (How Music Training Primes Nervous System and Boosts Learning.), όταν η μουσική δεν είναι ο κύριος σκοπός παρατήρησης και μάθησης αλλά είναι μια υπόκρουση του περιβάλλοντος, τότε δημιουργεί πρόβλημα στην μάθηση άλλων αντικειμένων γνώσης (Background Music Can Impair Performance, Cites New Study.).

Τελικά επιβραβεύεται ξανά από πολλούς αιώνες η ελληνική παιδεία που βασιζόταν στην μουσική, την κοινωνική ζύμωση και τις θετικές επιστήμες (μαθηματικά, φυσική), και τη φιλοσοφία της υπαρξιολογίας των όντων και των σχέσεών τους.
