Protest against the violation of human rights in Greece: March 25

How many Greeks perish during the current crisis?
Protest in London, Paris and Brussels, 25th of March

A comprehensive report published by the Human Rights Council of the
United Nations in February 2016 reveals that the policies imposed on
the Greek state by its EU and international lenders have caused a
rapid decline of its 11 million population.

In 2010 Greece was blackmailed by its lenders to give up its national
sovereignty in order to receive more loans and pay interest on earlier
loans. For a number of years there was massive overspending in
advanced weapon systems to protect Greece from the Turkish navy and
air force. In addition, many billions were spent to buy highly
overpriced products sold by Siemens to the Greek health system,
railways, power plants, telecommunications etc.

The lenders installed their own staff as managers of the Greek
government, and immediately caused a rapid decline of the Greek
economy. Their plan was to bring  the country to its knees and later
buy its assets for next to nothing. From 2010 up to the end of 2015
some 230000 small and medium business had closed leaving 600000 people
unemployed. 400000 more workers lost other jobs. A further large
number of businesses has closed from 2015 to the present, and over
70000 more businesses have moved abroad because of unprecedented
over-taxation.  The official unemployment rate reached 30%. In
addition, wages and pensions reduced dramatically, with the result
that many workers and pensioners cannot afford to feed themselves or
their families. Cuts in social benefits have also left many disabled
and other vulnerable social groups in poverty. Nearly 50% of the Greek
people cannot afford to heat their home adequately during winter or
pay important bills. Over 25% of the population has no health
insurance at all. Tens of thousands of people have committed suicide
or have lost their mental health because of the rapid decline of their
standard of living.

Not only the above study by the Human Rights Council but even more
evidence shows that what is happening in Greece is a systematic
Genocide of the native population. One may question here: "and what
has happened to all these billions the EU and the IMF have sent to
Greece?" Some simply imagine that the reckless Greeks spend this money
in entertainment, but very few researchers have studied the accounts
of the financial "aid" to Greece to understand that 98% of it  has
gone directly to the hands of international banks and speculators and
has made no difference at all to the Greek people.  In other words,
many tens of billions have been taken from inside the pockets of
European taxpayers with the excuse that the Greeks need support, and
ended in the pockets of the international organised crime hiding
behind banks and funds. How exactly the EU is protecting it own people
from this robbery?

The international organised crime also runs companies such as Fraport,
one of the puppets designed to enrich Lufthansa and a further number
of inter-connected companies owned by a further number of shadow
organisations. Under the recommendation of the lenders and speculators
who have manipulated and pocketed the 98% of the aid sent to Greece,
Fraport bought 14 profitable Greek state-owned airports for 1,2
billion when the income of the same airports in one year only is 0,6
billion. In addition, Fraport received a free 1 billion sponsorship by
the Greek State (from Greek tax payers) in order to renovate the
airports.  This type of privatisation is called a "reform" of the
Greek state and economy and any refusal of the Greeks to sell-out
their assets is met with serious threats by the EU and IMF.

Few researchers have also studied the accounts of the Greek Inland
Revenue which show that from 2009 to 2017 the Greeks have paid the
incredible amount of 513 billion euros in taxes, much of which also
ended up in the hands of international financial crime that is
supported by EU and IMF.  One should realise here that a small country
like Greece has paid ten times more than the United States need to
upgrade the strongest army in the planet, including its entire nuclear
arsenal.

Over-taxation and an austerity designed to impoverish Greece and force
the country to sell-out to the organised  crime, have resulted to a
rapid decline  of the Greek population. Do not expect the media to
present you with a full account of what happened.
